About Jan Rupert Centre
The Jan Rupert Centre is a historic Neo-Gothic art gallery located in Graaff-Reinet, South Africa. Originally built in 1870 as a mission church for the Manatees (a refugee Sotho tribe), it was later restored by Dr Anton Rupert and named in honour of his brother, Jan. Today, it serves as a premier venue for temporary art exhibitions curated by the Rupert Art Foundation.
