About Sardinia Bay Parkrun

Sardinia Bay parkrun is a free, weekly 5km community event held every Saturday at 8:00 AM at the Grass Roof in Gqeberha. The single-lap, anti-clockwise course features an undulating trail terrain made up of coastal bush, grasses, and loose sand. Participants can walk, jog, or run the route, and are permitted to bring a single dog on a short handheld lead. To receive an official finish time, participants must complete a one-time registration online and bring a scannable barcode to the event.
