Kokolofitwe Game Lodge is a self-catering wildlife retreat situated on the scenic rim of the Vredefort Dome in the Free State. The remote lodge features a communal thatch-roof house, an indoor fireplace, a boma, an outdoor swimming pool, and an on-site shooting range. Guests can participate in outdoor activities such as guided game drives, hiking, and mountain biking, with opportunities to view native antelope species and birdlife like the secretary bird. Given the rugged terrain of the area, a 4x4 vehicle is recommended to safely navigate the access roads leading to the property.
