About Gauteng North OCR-(Obstacle Course Racing)

GNOCR is an obstacle course park in Derdepoort close to Zambezi drive in the Roodeplaat dam area, Pretoria. We offer a wide range of obstacles which includes monkey bars, balance beams, A-frame, grip lines, over-and-unders, carries, Spartan spear throw, weaver, river crossing, etc. West has taken part in three Obstacle Course Racing World Championships for team SA. We have been offer classes for kids from 6yrs old to adults up to 60yrs old since 2015.
