About Eldorado Park Parkrun
The Eldorado Park parkrun is a free, weekly community 5km timed event held every Saturday at 8:00 AM at the Eldorado Park Stadium in Johannesburg. Participants can walk, jog, run, or volunteer, provided they complete a one-time online registration and bring their scannable parkrun barcode to receive an official time. The course consists of a two-lap route on grass and trail paths around the stadium's sports fields and embankment, with on-site toilet facilities, secure parking, and a post-event social gathering at the Eldorado Tuck Shoppe.
