The meat-centric menu features an array of options including short rib, beef chuck, mutton, pork chops, chicken wings, and traditional boerewors. These grilled proteins are bundled into structured platters like the Snack Plate, Jozi Plate, and the expansive Tower Meal. Accompanying the mains are traditional African sides prepared daily, such as pap (stiff maize porridge) with gravy, samp, coleslaw, the vegetable of the day, and fiery chakalaka.
