Vertical Rush is an outdoor adventure park situated along the R600 regional road in the Champagne Valley region of Cathkin Park, located within South Africa's Central Drakensberg. The facility operates as a family-run business that provides guided, multi-hour outdoor activities set against the local indigenous forest and cliff faces.

Its primary adventure offerings feature a 300-metre Via Ferrata cable trail where participants navigate a cliffside pathway while attached to a continuous steel safety line, alongside a King Swing tree-canopy drop, abseiling descents, and slacklining. To participate in these harnessed activities, guests must adhere to safety constraints, which include a maximum weight limit of 110kg. Geographically, the site is positioned a few kilometers from local landmarks such as the Cedarwood Village Shopping Centre and The Nest Hotel, making it accessible via the main tourism route connecting Winterton to the Monks Cowl area.
