Lalanathi Caravan & Camping Park is a family-run coastal holiday resort situated at Lot 95 on Melville Station Road in Melville, located roughly 12 kilometres north of Port Shepstone along the KwaZulu-Natal South Coast. The resort features between 42 and 46 grassed, shaded, and level camping stands designed for caravans, motorhomes, trailer tents, and standard tents. Each campsite is integrated with an electrical connection, with water access points located nearby.

In addition to traditional camping plots, the property includes alternative lodging options consisting of three self-catering units and two park homes capable of holding between five and eight guests. Shared guest amenities on-site include communal ablution blocks with hot water, a dish-washing scullery, laundry facilities, a swimming pool, a children’s playground, a trampoline, a volleyball court, and a lapa games room equipped with a pool table, darts, and television access. The property is fully fenced, permits small dogs out of season by prior arrangement, and features a gravel internal road layout leading directly to a semi-private beach and regional rock pools located under 100 metres from the camp.
