About Amanzimtoti Parkrun

The Amanzimtoti parkrun is a free, weekly, timed 5km community event held every Saturday at 8:00 am along the coast of Amanzimtoti. The route begins on the grass open space south of the main beach promenade in front of the Inyoni Rocks Cabanas, following a path that combines paved walkways with a stretch along the beach sand. Participants must register online beforehand and bring their personal barcode to receive an official time, and while public parking and restrooms are available on-site, dogs are strictly prohibited from the course.
