About Hazelmere Dam Parkrun
The Hazelmere Dam parkrun is a free, weekly 5km community event held every Saturday at 8:00 AM at the Hazelmere Dam & Resort near Verulam. The single-lap, clockwise course features a mix of grass, tar, and trail terrain running along the dam shoreline and through local forest paths. Because the route is located within a nature reserve, dogs are strictly prohibited, and participants must register online beforehand to receive a scannable barcode for official time tracking.
