About Ladysmith Parkrun
The Ladysmith parkrun is a free, weekly 5km community event held every Saturday at 8:00 am at the Ladysmith Country Club in KwaZulu-Natal. The route starts by the tennis clubhouse, looping around the golf course terrain and local dams, and welcomes walkers, runners, and volunteers of all fitness levels. Registration is required online beforehand, and participants must bring their unique scannable parkrun barcode to receive an official finishing time.
