About Mtunzini Parkrun
The Mtunzini parkrun is a free, weekly 5km community event held every Saturday morning at the Mtunzini Country Club in KwaZulu-Natal. The event is open to walkers, joggers, and runners of all fitness levels, with start times alternating between 7:00 AM in summer and 8:00 AM in winter. Participants must complete a one-time free online registration and bring their personal barcode to receive an official timed result. The course takes place on grass and trail paths across the golf course, and participants are permitted to run with a single dog on a short lead or a running stroller.
