About Vryheid Parkrun
The Vryheid parkrun is a free, timed 5-kilometre community event held every Saturday morning at the Vryheid Golf Club in KwaZulu-Natal. The event welcomes runners, joggers, walkers, and volunteers, operating on a seasonal schedule with a 7:00 AM start time from October to March and an 8:00 AM start time from April to September. Participants must register once online to obtain a scannable barcode for tracking their finish times. Due to venue regulations, dogs are not permitted on the course.
