Giba Gorge Adventure Park, located in Pinetown near Durban, offers over 45 km of trails. While primarily known as a mountain biking destination, it features a dedicated network of hiking and trail-running routes that cater to all fitness levels, ranging from flat scenic walks to technical mountain climbs. First Waterfall Hike (Green/Flat): A relatively flat, scenic route ideal for beginners or families. It is approximately 5 km round trip. Mackintosh Falls (Second Waterfall): A moderate "level up" hike covering a total distance of 8.5 km. Third Waterfall (Long Hike): The most challenging standard hiking route, following a 10 km path. The "Yellow" Trail: An 8.5 km out-and-back trail described as technical in places, requiring some scrambling.
