About Woodstock Cave
Woodstock Cave is one of the largest caves on Table Mountain, offering panoramic views of Cape Town, Lion’s Head, and Table Bay. Located halfway up Devil’s Peak, the cave is roughly 50 metres wide and 15 metres deep, appearing as a long horizontal crack in the sandstone mountain face. The hike is generally considered easy to moderate and is family-friendly, though it involves some steep or rocky sections.
