The Black Hill MTB Track is an exhilarating, lesser-known mountain biking playground situated right off the Glencairn Expressway (M6) on the Cape Peninsula, Cape Town. This public-access trail system features a purpose-built cross-country loop and the highly popular "Blackhill Flow Trail," which is packed with machine-groomed berms, rollers, tabletop jumps, and advanced drops. While the lower sections can become quite loose and sandy during hot summer months, the trails are an absolute joy to ride during winter or right after a good coastal rainfall when the dirt packs down firm and fast. It is important to note for your travel app that the route is remote and occasionally suffers from security issues; therefore, visitors are strongly advised to ride in groups and exercise standard precautions.
