Signal Hill is a landmark flat-topped hill in Table Mountain National Park, famously known as the "Lion's Rump" because it forms part of the "sleeping lion" silhouette alongside Lion's Head. It is a premier spot for panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Cape Town city bowl, and Table Mountain itself. Paragliding: It is the primary launch site for tandem paragliders landing on the Sea Point promenade. The Yellow Frame: A large yellow Table Mountain Frame is located here, providing a "picture-perfect" window for photos of Table Mountain.
