Wolfkop Nature Reserve is a 450-hectare private, family-owned property situated in the Western Cape of South Africa, approximately 5 kilometres from Citrusdal and a two-hour drive from Cape Town. Positioned at the foothills of the Cederberg Mountain Range - a UNESCO World Heritage Site region - the un-farmed reserve features a natural fynbos garden containing over 500 plant species, sandstone rock formations formed roughly 500 million years ago, and 10,000-year-old San rock art. The property provides isolated, self-catering accommodation options spread across the landscape to ensure privacy, including distinct cottages like Tolbos, Rooibos, and Leopard Rock, which feature amenities such as private wood-fired hot tubs and plunge pools. For outdoor recreation, visitors can access three designated loop trails - the 3km Planet Baboon Trail, the 8km Leopard Trail, and the 12km Wolfkop Nature Trail - the longest of which includes a 700-metre elevation climb and provides panoramic views over the Olifants River and the Citrusdal Valley.
