About Benguela Cove Parkrun
The Benguela Cove parkrun is a free, weekly 5km timed event held every Saturday at 8:00 AM at the Benguela Cove Lagoon Wine Estate near Hermanus, South Africa. The mixed-terrain course consists of gravel tracks, grass paths, and a single-track trail that guides participants through working vineyards and along the edge of the Bot River Lagoon. While it is entirely free to walk, jog, or run, participants must complete a one-time registration online and bring a printed barcode to receive an official finish time.
