About Constantia Greenbelt Parkrun
The Constantia Greenbelt parkrun is a free, weekly 5km community event held every Saturday at 8:00 AM along the Alphen Trail in Constantia, Cape Town. The course consists of a two-lap dirt and boardwalk trail route that features exposed tree roots, making it unsuitable for prams but open to dogs on short leads. Participants must complete a one-time online registration and bring a scannable barcode to receive an official timed result, with limited parking available at the Le Sueur Avenue start line.
