About Knysna Parkrun
The Knysna parkrun is a free, weekly 5km community event held every Saturday at 8:00 am along George Rex Drive in Knysna, South Africa. The flat, out-and-back course runs along a paved path next to the Knysna Lagoon and is open to walkers, runners, and volunteers of all fitness levels. Participants must register online once and bring a printed barcode to receive an official timed result.
