About Langebaan Parkrun

The Langebaan parkrun is a free, weekly 5-kilometre community event held every Saturday at 8:00 am at the Langebaan Country Estate in the Western Cape, South Africa. The timed event welcomes runners, joggers, and walkers of all fitness levels who complete a single-lap circular course consisting of a mixture of trail and paved paths. The route begins at the estate's soccer field, incorporates a testing 2-kilometre uphill climb featuring views of the lagoon and wildlife like springbok, and finishes near the Soldato Coffee Shop at the driving range. Because the estate operates as a conservation area, dogs are strictly prohibited from participating
