About Paarl Parkrun
The Paarl parkrun is a free, weekly 5km community event held every Saturday at 8:00 AM at the Paarl Arboretum in South Africa. Open to all fitness levels, participants can walk, jog, or run the course, which is fully managed by local volunteers. While participation is entirely free, runners must complete a one-time registration online and bring a scannable barcode to receive an official timed result.
