About Zandvlei Parkrun
Zandvlei parkrun is a free, weekly, timed community 5km run and walk that takes place every Saturday at 08:00 AM at False Bay Lookout on Promenade Road in Muizenberg, Cape Town. The flat, single-lap route follows a gravel and grassy loop path along the scenic edge of the Zandvlei Nature Reserve. Participants must register online once and bring a scannable barcode to receive an official time, while dogs are permitted provided they are kept on a short, handheld lead.
