FYN Restaurant is a fine-dining establishment located on the fifth floor of the historic Speakers Corner building in the Cape Town City Centre. Co-founded by chef Peter Tempelhoff, culinary director Ashley Moss, and service director Jennifer Hugé, the restaurant is the first standalone establishment in Africa to join the Relais & Châteaux association.

Its culinary concept fuses Japanese kaiseki philosophy with indigenous South African ingredients, featuring locally sourced items like Outeniqua springbok, abalone, and fynbos botanicals. The restaurant operates as a entirely cashless venue, enforces an age restriction welcoming children aged 13 and older, and requires reservations in advance for its lunch and dinner multi-course tasting menus.
