The restaurant strictly enforces a local-sourcing policy, serving exclusively wild-caught and farmed fish landed on South African shores, with a menu highlighted by Cape Malay seafood curry, tuna tartare, local mussels, and prawn toast.

Its interior layout comprises a central oyster bar, indoor banquette seating, a secluded twelve-seat private dining room, and an outdoor terrace with a ten-metre high-top table. Operating daily from midday until 9:00 PM, the venue features the SugarBird Wine Bar and hosts structured weekly promotions, including twice-daily oyster happy hours, evening cocktail hours, and a Saturday afternoon Cap Classique wine and macaron pairing. Due to limited seating capacity, indoor reservations are recommended.
