You will find the home and boutique winery of Nico van der Merwe Wines situated on the Polkadraai Road between Stellenbosch and Kuils River. After 26 years of professional experience as a winemaker in South Africa, as well as the South of France, the desire and dream of Nico to create his own wine increased. In 1999 Nico and his wife Petra decided to start with their own wine making and so the first vintage of Mas Nicolas was vinified.
