Paul Roos Wine is a boutique South African wine label produced by Paul Roos Farming, an empowerment project based on the Rust en Vrede farm in Stellenbosch. Named after the legendary Springbok rugby captain and educator Paul Roos, who was born on the property, the project operates as a BEE (Black Economic Empowerment) initiative.
